If you live near a Penn State campus, testing facilities may be available for your use at the following locations:

Abington

World Campus students in the Abington area requiring an in-person proctor may use the testing center by appointment only. Beaver

World Campus students in the area of Beaver campus requiring an in-person proctor may use the testing center by appointment only. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 724-773-3867 or emailing . Proctored exams are offered within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).

Brandywine

World Campus students in the Brandywine area requiring an in-person proctor may use the testing center by appointment only. Fayette (Eberly)

World Campus students in the Fayette area requiring an in-person proctor may come to the Student Success Center at Penn State Fayette. Proctored exams are offered within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Students use a networked computer for online exams, where the screen and the physical space within the room is monitored. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 724-430-4119, emailing , or completing the online request form found at https://fayette.psu.edu/student-success-center/learning-center/form/test-proctor-request-form.

Greater Allegheny

World Campus students in the McKeesport area requiring an in-person proctor may come to the John H. Gruskin Learning Center, located at the lower level of the campus library at Penn State Greater Allegheny. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 412-675-9088.

Hazleton

World Campus students in the Hazleton area requiring an in-person proctor may come to the library at the Penn State Hazleton campus. Availability is very limited and students will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 570-450-3562 or by emailing .

Lehigh Valley

World Campus students in the Allentown area requiring an in-person proctor may come to the Penn State Center @ Overlook Park. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 610-841-5330. University Park

World Campus students in the University Park/State College area requiring an in-person proctor may come to the Testing Center at Innovation Park. Students are required to schedule exams in advance by calling 814-863-5301 or emailing . More information is available at https://sites.psu.edu/otcexamschedule/.

Wilkes-Barre

World Campus students in the Wilkes-Barre area requiring a testing facility may use the Nesbitt Library on the Wilkes-Barre campus. Private rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, though reservations are allowed and encouraged. Rooms can be reserved by using the request page at https://libraries.psu.edu/about/libraries/nesbitt-library/request-room-reservation-nesbitt-library. These rooms provide a computer for use but are not proctored. You will still need to secure your own proctor if testing at this location.

Public Libraries

Local public libraries can also be used as testing sites, though using a library for proctoring may incur a fee.
