Biography:

My teaching philosophy reflects my interest in the human being as an agent of transformation. This perspective has guided my academic career and shaped the evolution of my intellectual interests and professional practice. It has led me to pursue a broader exploration of the human experience aimed at generating meaningful social impact through interdisciplinary strategies grounded in dialogue and technology.

In 2023, I completed an MBA at Penn State University, followed in 2025 by a certification in Digital Platforms from Harvard University. These academic experiences allowed me to expand the scope of my professional work. Drawing on my background in the humanities—especially philosophical hermeneutics—I have developed a research, teaching, and professional practice agenda centered on person-centered management, with a particular emphasis on the concept of meaningful work.

Following the mentorship approach proposed by Professor Fred Kofman, I advocate for the promotion of an organizational culture that fosters meaning, encourages personal development within the company, and revalues the role of the individual in decision-making processes.

At the same time, as a professor of Spanish language, I have developed a highly successful course entitled Spanish for Business and International Trade. In this course, students develop an understanding of the need to integrate cultural analysis with economic analysis in global commerce. They explore how success in international business depends on effective communication practices that support commercial exchanges and foster connections among regions with shared economic interests.

Finally, I currently serve as Director of Global Spanish for Business, an initiative within the Department of Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. The program provides students with the opportunity to pursue a more competitive education that responds to the challenges and demands of the contemporary world. For me, it represents a project through which I can bring together my two professional passions into a single endeavor of intellectual and human development—one that creates meaningful connections between academic life and lived experience. This remains my greatest aspiration and the legacy I hope to pass on to future generations.
